These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji3 ("ji3," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ji3 online gaming platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ji3 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ji3 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ji3 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
ji3 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation at registration or prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restrictions on your account.
Your ji3 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. ji3 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji3 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
You agree to notify ji3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ji3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
ji3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. ji3 may, at its discretion, require additional verification steps where unusual account activity is detected.
ji3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). ji3 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency or credit card.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your ji3 account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks prior to processing. ji3 aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within ten (10) minutes of approval. ji3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ji3 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform are the sole responsibility of the player.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. ji3 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time in accordance with its AML obligations.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ji3 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. ji3 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met prior to a withdrawal request.
ji3 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, ji3 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.
ji3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game, or account-type restrictions.
Each game available on the ji3 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
All RNG-based games on ji3 use independently certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels. ji3 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, ji3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. ji3 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. ji3 reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ji3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. ji3 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your financial means.
ji3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ji3 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ji3 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
ji3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ji3 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji3 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
