Changes to your registered name or date of birth require you to contact our support team and submit supporting documentation, as these are tied to your KYC verification. ji3 does not allow changes that would misrepresent your identity.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ji3 account almost instantly — usually within 1 to 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank and the time of day.
